Otunba4eva:Exactly my concern.... This people keep records and they always ask if you have been denied visa before. I suggest you make arrangement for SOA ( not necessarily your relative) then apply and start praying. |

dailydolar:Getting a positive skills assessment is what you need to focus on now, you should also consider between the two of you who has a better chance of getting positive assessment. |

Thank you for the response. I spoke with their representative on phone and she made me to realize there is no need to send a hard copy of my certificate as they have the uploaded soft copy already. I hope I'm still on point. Though I read on the web to post my cert. Who's confused here? Just trying to dot my I's and cross my tees. bossladyMo: |
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Nobody: 6:39am On Nov 11, 2014 |
walmak: Did you tell her the degree was obtained in Nigeria? Well, I sent the hard copy, and others I know also sent a hard copy. |
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by bjayzeez: 7:56am On Nov 11, 2014 |
atrapon: 30-35k. You'd need your full years tuition, and at least half of the following year |
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by bjayzeez: 8:01am On Nov 11, 2014 |
bossladyMo: @walmark Sending your certificate won't hurt anyway. If you can make the school send it.... Fine. If not, you can go to a business center, make them scan and print it on a conqueror paper, and send. If sending through sho or FedEx is pricy, go to the post office and request for the registered mail. It actually gets there but takes up to 2 weeks . That would cost u less than 1k. Best of luck |

UBKtech: Good evening sir, by naija time. Hope you are fine. Does it mean radiographers do not write professional exam after positive assessment , just like MLS? |
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Otunba4eva: 8:37pm On Nov 11, 2014 |
Actually I think I still stand a chance of getting my visa if I can package my application very well despite been denied before. I want someone to please tell me the schools to apply to under SVPs and that has less hurdles. The course is computer science or software related course. Waiting for wise response from any experience Nairaland moderators. 1 Like |

piusford: I am not sure they have a professional exam as part of the assessment, you only need to register with APHRA to get your practicing licence but that can wait after your visa has been granted, however I am not a radiographer. You need to mail AIR and ask any question you may have, you can also pm nwokenna, he has gone through the process successfully and has been in Aussie since December last yr. I guess the most difficult part of Radiographer's assessment is IELTS, Academic minimum Band 7.0 in each of the four sections of the test. 1 Like |

gogochocolate: If Abuja is closer to you than Lagos, do it at Zankli clinic, Abuja. |
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Nobody: 7:05pm On Nov 12, 2014 |
gogochocolate: I and the kids spent about 2 21/2hrs...and this was partly because the doc and I were involved in a conversation, aside from just the medical examination. My husband went alone and spent about 1hr total. The distance between the 2 isn't far....1k cab should get you to St. Noch from Fatayi Williams. I spent just about 30mins at St.Nicholas(Radiology). |
