Perhaps this is playing out in their lives:
"1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,
2 through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared,"

^^^
Yeah and I too, only that it's not Archbishop Benson Idahosa only that comes to my mind
- "Baba", Frederick KC Price, Kenneth Copeland etcetera as well comes to mind

Bidam too comes to mind, recalling him quoting Revelation 3:18 when once literally saying "shine your eyes":

"I share their sentiments, I also don't support the excesses going on in churches these days. They have become social clubs.
Rather than preach messages centered on Christ, they now go to the extreme by milking the sheep on sow this and reap within 24hrs which is unbiblical
.
I had to leave living faith because of this. Oyedepo was like a mentor to me but it's just too bad these things are happening even now as i am typing.ar; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see."

Strife & bitterness against who?

Stopped who in which erroneous tracks?

What where does erroneous tracks?

did you see my post on the joabaje breaking news thread or you simply ignored it?

Can you point me to any of my post that shows strife & bitterness?

Can you make reference to any post where I used derogatory & condescending words?

If you could say the above to me, for a mere typographical error(8yrs instead of 18yr)

Pls what do you have to say to Joagbaje?

All these stories just to sweep the issue under the carpet? Have you forgotten how to insist i use yes or no? Or at least keep it short? You rubbished nannymcphee because of her 'error' and dismissed her as unworthy of any trust but you pull out joagbaje's CV to show he's not 'so bad after all'? Does that look and sound fair to you? Pls be honest.

Was Jeff healed by joagbaje or not? Was joagbaje right to have posted the video of an unverified 'miracle' and call those who doubted it 'Jesus denyers'? Were you and your friends right to have jumped on Sir John and abuse, insult and curse him for expressing his doubts about that 'miracle'?

I asked you and you refused to answer. If DrummaBoy or Sir John were guilty of what Jo did, would you have been this understanding?

Beyond NL, we have a life and I believe you and I will make good acquaintances when we eventually meet but the way you go about gaining advantage over people is childish and extreme. You have enough loopholes that I can explore to do same to you but i chose not to.

I've always asked you and others to always exercise caution in matters like this and I honestly hope you've learnt your lessons. I'm Sure Jo has at least.

The reasoning ability of some folks are amazing!!!

A pastor is accused of having impregnated a girl, instead of talking about the deed done, someone is shifting focus to the fact that he didn't do an abortion to cover up & finds that action as a worthy one

1.did he have inappropriate relationship with the girl?

2.did he truly imptegnate her?

3.was such act worthy of a pastor?

4. is he remorseful of such action & Willing to pay the price of penance?

In the above scenerio, these ought to be the appropriate questions rather than focusing on the fact that an abortion wasn't procured

If joagbaje:
1.had not boasted
2. Had not challenged sirjohn
3. Had done due diligence in getting the medical report before releasing the video or giving the testimony
4. Had not place a bet(A whooping 500k)

we would not have been having these discussions

Has Jo offered an unreserved apology for doing the points I listed above?

has he learnt any lessons?

these are the crux of the matter & not that hocus pocus of not bribing someone to coverup!!!

you are not totaly correct, pastor Jo of CEC Bayelsa, is not an 'accused' person but proven 'GUILTY' man, Jo commited a BIG FRAUD if it was a regular court, Jo should be in jail by now, all these 'non due deligence' nonsense, is like trying to rationalised a non repentant thief action, by saying, the property owner did not use a good lock. As far as I am concern, Jo did what he did with clear intention to decieve, Jn 4:1 . I pray God give him the grace to repent and forsake nollywood in church of Jesus. And for those that are shamelessly suporting this fraud, keep on decieving urselves there really will be drama on judgement day.

Nowadays if you are not performing miracles, prophesying or 'prospering' your congregation, you are nobody.

So you have fake prophecies, miracles and bogus prosperity teachings to excite and attract the masses. In this environment, Joagbaje would be more than eager to broadcast 'miracles'

Maybe Joagbaje can redeem himself by subjecting another of his 'many' miracles to examination

I hope you understand the meaning of what you write.

If so maybe you need to look again at what you wrote and see if it makes any sense. As usual with your clan all you try to do is look for issues, no matter how far removed from that at hand, to confuse matters at hand.

If anyone is not being straightforward it's you and your clan.

Do you know the meaning of cover-up?
I don't think you do. Maybe you need to check it up before making claims you can't substantiate.

Who are those attempting to cover-up Joagbaje in this case? Just look at what you wrote: "What if ....." "God through Joagbaje has wrought alot of miracles, and yes, i verified them myself... Joagbaje is a well refined MOG, a unique one at that
"What if....." - If, If, If, : are we talking about possibilities here or an actual event that happened and its outcome?
So you verified a lot of miracles wrought through Joagbaje? How interesting.  Hope if we ask for proof it wouldn't turn out to be the same as Jeff's case?

Hope in all these you guys can see that 'gods' are fallible, live with a sin nature which they should never deny and so deceive themselves, and most importantly must not be put on a pedestal that God hasn't apportioned to any man. Every man still has feet of clay.
