Hello guys, you are doing a wonderful job on this thread. I just started following and responses to questions put forward had been prompt and useful. Kudos to damkollins and co.
I have been interested in pursuing Canadian PR since 2011, my NOC is 3112, infact I sent application in 2011, however it was returned as the required CAP was full as at when my application was received. I was devasted but hoped to apply following year. There was however a hitch as FSW was temporarily suspended, but when it was resumed my NOC was not included. However with a new review it has been included.
I hope to apply this time around with my spouse as principal applicant, but I have a 2 problems. I have 3 children my last 3yr old, a Canadian citizen, should I include her in my application and also pay her application fee or I should exclude her completely. My other kids are Nigerian, together with myself and my spouse. I also have a dependant not my child, but my Spouse cousin who had been living with us for the past 6years and I'm training her in school, can I include her also?
I hope to send my application next month when both my spouse and myself would have completed IELTS EXAMS.
Awaiting your usual prompt response

No need of paying 150CAD for your Canadian born child.
If you will need to take your spouse cousin along, you will have to legalize her adoption with relative documents to back it up...else ,she is not qualified to be listed as your dependant .
Cheers

Write the NOC that qualifies you and fill out the duties. Your education and cert may not be involved here. Your DD is OK...
use it.

I think it's important to list the Canadian in all the forms as she is still a child. But listing the child would amount to paying the CAD 150 for her, that where I got confused. Are u saying I should not list her at all?

But if he can see where or how to announce her citizenship..that would settle it or don't just mention her. But u are not paying 150CAD, what about POF without her? Citizens are taken care of by parents still. Just search more answers!

Surely...the baby will be listed.
Just that the processing fee is not needed since he/she is a Canadian already by birth.
The passport document of the baby will be included in the package from where the citizenship can easily be traced/ascertained showing no need of processing fees.
Regardless of the baby's citizenship/payment of processing fees, you MUST list the baby as your dependant since he/she is your biological/adopted child.
Also, make sure you put the baby into consideration when sending evidence of POF...it is essential.
Cheers.

- What if he receives medical request before the registry? Does it affect the notification to Accra?
- Is it a must I include NYSC in paramilitary training? I didn't serve where I was posted, I came back to Lagos to continue work. Only went to collect my certificate.

Thanks

AVO is aware of pple like u and it will never at any stage affect ur app. Just inform them when appropriate and pay her fees. NYSC doesn't mean match... not that u handled arms and ammunition.
