The boy sucked breas,t until he almost grew his 20 teeth .ok I am exaggerating
At the rate he was going he wanted to suck till first grade
I had to stop it when he started biting

My dear, even with the fancy stuff, if a child is hungry, he will eat. Fancy or not.
You didnt miss a thing. You need to see how they pick food here. Eat meat, pick grainof rice and avoid all vegetable.
