All Buhari needs to do is to appoint ministers that have good vision, young, sound, articulate,posses integrity and passionate about their country and all then he coordinates their efforts like a general towards fulfilling the mission of developing Nigeria.

How can a man without vision appoint a minister with good vision?

how can you regard a former head of state, retired general, ptf chairman who after years of retirement could not set up even a pure water factory in his daura village let alone establishing business that can fetch him income and create employment for his almajiri followers as someone with vision?
