Thanks bro. Should I go with my acceptance letter and passport or datapage? And must I pay upfront with cash or be allowed with credit card?

Wow! What a house!

When I see the progress recorded by members in this house, I get encouraged.

I know I'm far behind (at the admission level, precisely) but I also know that someday I would be where you all are.

I have been able to locate a supervisor at Calgary. I just wrote him about 2 hours ago. Hopefully, he would reply soon. I have also started filling the form online.

The only challenge I am having is the case of my wife. She can't go in for direct M. Sc because of her CGPA (3.35/5.00). I have been trying to look for schools that have a PGD program in Public Health but I haven't made much progress here. UniAlberta and UniCalgary do not have PGD programs at the moment. I just wrote to Lethbridge and I hope something good comes up.

Please people, if you know any school that does a PGD program in Public Health, kindly share with me.

I'll continue my search on Google though...

Thanks, thanks, thanks!

EDIT: Lethbridge just replied. They said they have no such program.

Biko, na wetin I go do na?

Ideas...please..

Hello Good people in the house. Please how do i tackle this delayed? reasons:
1, purpose of travel
2, length of stay
3, asset and financial status
4, travel history
5, employment

I applied using my uncle's SOA. I recently concluded my NYSC program. I have a landed property in which I included the agreement but I didnt include my personal SOA because I didnt have enough balance in it. I paid first semester tuition fee.
Please guys how do I tackle this delay in my refire?

Thank you.
List the documents u submitted so we can make an input...

I actually want to read enough and learn from this forum ancestors so that I can positively be part of this forum.

So far from lesson here, I will be getting my Medical call around this date in January but I hope to have joined the house fully by then.

@oga siga, oga justwise, oga realone, oga pchax, oga baale of montreal, and all other frequently called ogas on dis forum. Please listen to my case. This is the last part of my application that I am yet to decide on cos it is confusing.

MY CASE

I finished Nysc last month, I do not have a job yet, my sop centers around coming back to nigeria to help the government after my studies, applying the skills acquired to solve naija problem my focus being fundamental nigeria problems.(Corruption, transportation, kidnappings and co)

But I have noticed something on this forum after reading part 6 from the beginning. Almost every successful application has advance letter of employment, a letter of recommendation in an indirect form of employment letter, or a company that has promised to employ applicants when they return from Canada at the completion of dia studies.

When I asked yesterday, two people advised saying I should get an employment letter something related to my background or intended field of study. Now, I want to make a final decision, though I don't know if I can get that letter or not yet........let us assume I can't get it for now.. Please any other way around this employment issh? I used to think not having a too much gap between the completion of nysc and application time can do the magic?. Please help me o, dis is the remaining aspect of my application that is still inconclusive.

Thank you all.

Who was ur sponsor, where you a direct dependant of your sponsor?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by Joe980: 10:36am On Dec 11, 2014
@billtommy; please, do not fabricate any form of employment letter. Make your application credible. No gap in academics which implies that you've gat a good flow. Your SOP plays a major role in ties, properties, family also and response to questionaire. Work on your SOP if you're deviating from UG course. Peace!
