As much as you desire a young harvard-kind of candidate for the presidency, I must tell you that your imaginary candidate will fail woefully so much your head will spin. Even during the June 12 elections, it was only in the east that Abiola did not gather much votes. As for Obj's handover, i said it somewhere that Odilli had already bought the entire north in preparation for the presidency before Obasanjo stopped it dead. After the amnesty, Yaradua personally was more popular with Niger delta militants than Buhari during their own elections. If there is any region closest to the North in Nigeria, it is the SS, SE.

People are just spreading falsehood because Jonathan is in power, is corrupt and incompetent and the SW does not like him.
