Can anyone help with the page in part 6 that detailed someone who called for her refusal paper through some legal company and got a detailed response regarding her refusal...

This will help people that want to go that route especially @Brocky123 who has been refused 4 times....I will advice she calls for her paper and understand what exactly could be the problem before reapplying

Does any one know if VFS can estimate how long it will take for your study permit to be processed? Either paper or online, so I will know if asking them will be a good idea.

VFS will never give such details. They'll instead refer you to what is public information on the CIC website regarding processing time frames. Its already been established here that the online route is faster than the paper route. I think its even more reliable right now to assess the average time lines by reading through this thread in detail.

There is no fixed amount of time to wait before reapplying again...once you have been able to rectify the reasons given for the delay by restructuring and repackaging ur documents u are good to go...

@Onyeoma3; ke du? Hope every dey jolificate. How papers?

Adi m mma my brother... Trying my best to keep myself busy dis Xmas season to avoid boredom...... Why are they still delaying your medical request ni?

Continue to remain strong in your faith... When God says yes, no one can say otherwise, not even the Almighty CHG.

To all my people that are waiting for their passport request, I advise you inquire how to send your passport to CVAC from any location when the embassy finally requests for it, and get them send it back to you thru that same courier company(a great option if you came from a very far place, and it is quite efficient) ... So you can use the remaining time to pack your stuffs and get ready for the journey to the land flowing with pizza and chocolate.

You should be OK with a Certified True Copy (CTC) of the originals obtainable at any High court in Ur location.. Costs like 50 bucks per page.

the certified true copy is a verified, high quality, colored photocopy of your original documents. the verification is done at a high court. you take the colored photocopies and the original(though this might not be really need, but just take it there) to the court and ask around. they will stamp each of the colored photocopies to state that it is the same with the original. i was charged N1500 bucks for like 8 documents, but i went through some hustler at the court. so beware and tell them you know it is 50naira per page. that should help your cost.
