hisblud: I may have had my reservation for GMB. Not anymore. After going through the link you provided, I can never trust a man who once affirmed his fanaticism. You should write an article on this and GMB's actions. You seem well conversant with this subject and it will benefit the knowledge of many Nigerians. 2 Likes |

SenatorM: Even under the big chief Gen Sanni Abacha himself Nigeria wasn't islamatized, most of our big money churches formed then sef....How would it be islamatize under the democratic rule of the most principle Buhari. I think PDP should spend more time, telling us how they would move us forward, or what they would do entirwly differently this time around, rather than chasing shadows in Buhari. The unfortunate think is that because of our nature as Nigerians, they have managed to fool alot of us into believing their ethnic and religious bull crap. The president and his family get treated for malaria in Germany for crying out loud! What kind of a country supports that. Sai Buhari, and have a very splendid holiday....God bless you all 2 Likes 3 Shares |

Bluepamex: Young man, be truthful. Your children would be born in this country, we have no other. Would you recommend Jonathan to run you family business if thats the only thing you children would inherit from younand feed from. Im not saying Jonathan is a bad person. But I insist that he is not the president Nigeria needs. 2 Likes |

I would like to remind everyone that Buhari is going to become president in a democratic setting, with a national assembly and other democratic institutions that will serve as a 'check' for any excesses that a president might want to perpetuate. I do not believe that Buhari will delude himself to the extent that he would even want to contemplate islamizing Nigeria.....Just forget about it. All these talk is just a distraction and amounts to noise-making. I believe Buhari is not the ultimate answer to our problems but he is the right answer to the choices we have at this moment. He is definitely better than the incumbent who is an embarrassment and I am totally sad to have him as the president of present-day Nigeria. Common what does it take to solve the power problems of the country and he has been there for 6 years. 6 years no be beans. 1 Like |

seankay: Even without Buhari on seat, Islamization is a reality being fostered by the Boko Haram. And the Christian religion doesn't allow for denouncing faith, which means you either do or you don't. And you ask how Buhari will Islamize Nigeria? Simple. By encouraging those we believed he will extinguish. |

The Bishop is daft. He should provide the video of where he claims he saw Buhari promising to islamise Nigeria. On the contrary several videos are available of Buhari refuting this baseless allegation against him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0HQQaZtBT0&index=26&list=PLRzmuN0KKXK9WjHW14Wmbe6K7F7pL7Y4V https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbAbj4lAeUY&list=PLRzmuN0KKXK9WjHW14Wmbe6K7F7pL7Y4V&index=27 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Am7GiZtJLw&list=PLRzmuN0KKXK9WjHW14Wmbe6K7F7pL7Y4V&index=18 |

Maybe the bishop did not bother to watch the APC presidential primaries. Buhari affirmed his government if voted will not in anyway be run based on gender, tribal or religious bias. That you can hold him to or take to the bank. Maybe you people need to cut this man some slack. He has again and again promise to govern by the rule of law. If Islamitization is indeed in our laws then that should be the case.As we standard that is not captured anywhere in the Constitution. Moreover if he does win he will have sworn to protect all and uphold the laws of the Land Nigeria before he is fully allowed to run a government by our laws. Not Islamic not xtian! That is why its called swearing in. So why be eager to call for an early swearing in? Now all that is left is can he walk the talk? I say yes judging by his past leadership it is evident he does not rule with any such religious bias.Again he up holds rule of law. |

menesheh: Rubbish! If as a military head of state,he did not islamise Nigeria,so how practicable under a democracy? I just pray that Nigerians would not allow religious intolerance and bigots to disunite us as a nation. We should realise that Muslims have a right to their law,the sharia, but definitely not through violence which GMB never supported. It has nothing to do with the Christians.Sharia, strictly for Muslims only, is already in the constitution, even GEJ that swore to uphold the constitution should implement it!It has nothing to do with islamisation of Nigeria. The constitution of Nigeria is very clear on Sharia: 260. (1) There shall be a Sharia Court of Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. 262. (1) The Sharia Court of Appeal shall, in addition to such other jurisdiction as may be conferred upon it by an Act of the National Assembly, exercise such appellate and supervisory jurisdiction in civil proceedings involving questions of Islamic personal law. (2) For the purpose of subsection (1) of this section, the Sharia Court of Appeal shall be competent to decide - (a) any question of Islamic personal law regarding a marriage concluded in accordance with that law, including a question relating to the validity or dissolution of such a marriage or a question that depends on such a marriage and relating to family relationship or the guardianship of an infant; (b) where all the parties to the proceeding are Muslims, any question of Islamic personal law regarding a marriage, including the validity or dissolution of that marriage, or regarding family relationship, a foundling or the guardianship of an infant; (c) any question of Islamic personal law regarding a wakf, gift, will or succession where the endower, donor, testator or deceased person is a Muslim; (d) any question of Islamic personal law regarding an infant, prodigal or person of unsound mind who is a Muslim or the maintenance or the guardianship of a Muslim who is physically or mentally infirm; or (e) where all the parties to the proceedings, being Muslims, have requested the court that hears the case in the first instance to determine that case in accordance with Islamic personal law, any other question. |

This Bishop is a complete illiterate to my imagination, did he has the attribute of the responsibility given to him? If he has, did he think that in this current civilian dispensation a single handed person can impose such laws to this country & it's will become as such? |
