Someone said Patience Jonathan was his Jesus, this bishop was deaf and dumb. Again, someone equals Goodluck Jonathan with JESUS CHRIST, the Supreme Being, again this bishop was deaf and dumb. On a serious note, why are people reasoning with their anus these days, especially the likes of this bishop? |

What good will it serve if GMB declares that he won't islamize Nigeria? After all, politicians break their words every time. What we should strive for is strengthening of the democratic institutions responsible for acting as checks for the misuse of power such as the upper and lower houses of assembly and the courts. |

uzo4real:Please do some further research on Buhari. The major reason he was kicked out by IBB and some other elements in the then supreme military council was that he and Idiagbon deviated from ruling by consensus and were sliding towards totalitarianisms which would have served as the precursor before he and Idiagbon islamizes Nigeria.God then used a moderate muslim like IBB who understands that such a move will destroy Nigeria, in kicking him out.His plan was nicked in the bud. 1 Like |

The remarks of baboon and monkeys as well as those concerning making this country ungovernable were made by him and Atuki on channel tv live many times. I am telling you the Godly truth. |

deletrue:That truth is ungodly. Please provide proof. On the issue of making the country ungovernable, that is very simple. If you disenfranchise the people by rigging over and over again, you make the state almost ungovernable. You do not need an Atiku or a Buhari to tell you that. |

babadee1:Read history, they are written to guide our today activities, Zamfara and other states in the North declared Sharia even when you have a Christian democratic president, what happened? Nothing, it stands till date and yet not under military. Osun state promoted the wearing of Hijab to school, still under democracy and nothing happened. Kano established state police (Hishba or so), Sanusi used Govt money to establish Islamic bank, we became OIC member under the leadership of a Northerner and still no crisis. Even if the bill to islamise Nigeria is presented to the National Assembly today, it will scale through bc the North has the majority plus their APC muslim senators and reps from Southwest and Edo. Please wake up, no true muslim is happy being led by a Christian even the so called supporters of GEJ. Ask many people that are asking for Buhari's presidency here or anywhere, it is either they are Muslims, Northerners, below 40 years, or like some who want him dead for a Yoruba VP to takeover or brainwashed/uninformed church men and sincere men, like me who want change but unfortunately Buhari is not the option. Silkmoth33: why should i vote uthman dan fodio's grandson? Because he follows a wicked and bloodletting religion? Because of his economical incompetence? since he left office, he hadn't been able to improve his own economy; how then can he better Nigeria's economy? Why should i vote him? Because of his clear bias against the south? He jailed alex ekweme (a mere vice president) and placed shagari (the president and as a result, the major player in the corruption accusations of that regime) under house arrest. Why should i vote him when i know this grandson of uthman dan fodio is not a saint as apc is trying to present him? Has he given account of the corruption practices he engaged in as PTF chairman? Why is IBB threatening to expose buhari and buhari will not challenge IBB to speak out? Why will i vote a liar, who goes about telling stories that he has an igbo in-law? Then, your comments looked like that of a man without mental coordination. "if Jesus loves you do the needful and vote that fool out of office": you sounded more like a brawling he-goat without mental comportment. |

babadee1: My friend, islamisation is not a legislative process, but a jihad. He couldn't do it in 1983 cos, the whole country was under the grip of the northern oligarchs with no democracy. |

babadee1: What you must understand is that democracy is the easiest form of government to subvert for personal ambitions. That is why we must all be on the watch and defend our freedom. It doesn't take too much strategy to undermine democratic processes even the one based on majority. Many cases abound from ancient and recent history of head of states that took advantage of a situation in order to gain more power that is allowed to them. This is why many well-meaning Nigerians are on alert. 1 Like |
