Buhari just displayed it - false declaration of affidavit in place of certificates.
Most of those unemployed are those who do not merit their certificates. They used sorting, bottom power, money power, godfatherism, favoritism, tribalism, quota system e.t.c to acquire certificates. They are only employable in government establishment because they lack the mental and intellectual aptitude to gain employment in private sector.
I only pity the few unemployed graduates who worth their salt but whose chances have been blocked by some dunces because of the society.
