Yes u can make moimoi with no oil.
Normally, this is how I do mine.
Blend beans,onions,that long pepper(cayenne),tatashe, fish,if fish is not available!sardine and a cube of knorr. As per fish, I will remove d bones after steaming.
Then add salt to taste. Sometimes I add d sardine oil or I can do without it.
And it comes out good.

Eating healthy is d best o.

I have a very lovely testimony.
For close to 15 yrs my FIL has been on diabetics med.
I insisted he come and stay with me. Changed his regular routine, looked for healthy recipe(it was war, at times he will bring me to tears with his wahala, lol), he kept on rejecting some food, I keep on giving him those food that after one month, he reduced his drugs to half. Two months after, dr pronounced him diabetics free.

He was surprised when dr said no more drugs for u.

I gave this testimony so we all will know d value of eating healthy food. It's a choice.

This is one thing I hv never bothered to learn cos eating it takes me to d dr always.
And I lv it but potash don't like me.

Will love to do it for my family.

There's one type we normally eat if we go home in one neboring town like that.
They will cook d meat(bush meat) then do one peppery concoction.
So sweet.

Chronique I love that plantain with sauce and I im salivating over a few other dishes there. Especially those with vegetable sauce and the pastas.

I remembered d first tyme I fried chinchin.
Total disaster. Too soft.
Will try again.

So nobody roasted yam in the villa this christmas?
Why now?
That's d baba anytime I'm in d village. No fried rice,curry rice,rice and all the township foods.
I always look forward to abacha(our local way),roast yam or cocoyam with oil,pepper and utazi, aniga or mbugu and ede igbugbu.
With ncha.
The men in d house always go and buy bush meat(anu nchi).
If u go to villa and don't eat village food, u r missing o cheesy
I no dey drink pami if not I go dey dey drunk always. One palmwine tapper colonized one palm tree in my compd for tapping wine so he normally give us palmwine almost every other morning.
