I've tried updating it about four times but I don't get past the first stage: Open the folder and double click【double click metoinstallRomFlashingDrive.bat】 to install Rom flashing drive.it always shows operation failed. what should I do?

I experienced same.... I uninstall and reinstall again and I discovered it says operation successful... Didn't know what I did that made it successful

I asked for solution on the inn forum, d guy cyberman posted a link that I should download another flashing drive but that didn't work....

I will paste the link so you can download... Maybe it's the one I downloaded that made it successful, I can't say.
