All of you will agree with me that NYSC is the most successful Government youth empowerment and reforming program. Buhari just made one point he said" those who will show evidence of immunization and are strikenly poor will be on government's paylist", this is a big plus, because UN, USAID, WHO, EU, and US will welcome this and also donates funds and materials to the successful realisation of this through out buhari's tenure because they know he will account for the money unlike GEJ.
