Well, she strikes me like one dat knows too much. Isn't it obvious already?
On the contrary I believe she knows who commited the murder or she witnessed the act of murder.

You are quite analytical with your reasoning. If you are right in this instance is another thing altogether. Nevertheless I like the way you marshal out your thoughts.

Pamela's muum is a slut!
Thought Niyi slept in the house that night...you know, Pamela locking the gate and wondering where he was going to sleep since the stranger was on the couch already...did Nathan open the gate for him later or what?

Nice story. I pity Nathan if he didn't kill him cos he go hear am for that station.

Y would she b a slut..hes her husband their father .although no proper introduction..body no b stone..she solely depends on her for her marital needs

Hmm...I didn't quite get you. Are you trying to say it's ok to sleep with a stranger because 'body no ne stone'? Or are youu saying the stranger is the father of her children? Touchmeder didn't tell us that much, I wonder how you got that.

It was 3 weeks after we had officially closed the case and I was at my desk preparing for a meeting. I disliked long and boring meetings but it was a necessity. It was 12noon on a Monday and I was already fagged out.

Babatunde stopped by my desk and stretched out his hand. He had a big smile on his face like he had just won the lottery.

''Wetin nah?'' I asked. I was not willing to shake his hand just yet. I didn’t want anyone pulling a prank on me.

''Shake my hand nah abi you dey fear? Bros na you biko; only you carry Chichi, only you finish work for that case.''

I laughed and we headed off to the meeting. It was held in a small room and we were packed in like sardine. Our boss the Assistant Superintendent of Police walked in and the room fell silent.

ASP Kassim Kolawole was a big man with a bigger personality. He went on and on about how our first duty was to the public and how we should shun corrupt practises.

I was almost falling asleep until I heard my name ''… a while back I gave you a mandate to ensure crimes were properly investigated and solved. Enough of sitting on cases and sweeping them under the carpet. Many people didn’t think we could do it and I'm happy we proved them wrong. Some of you standing and staring at me didn’t believe in yourself but today the story is different. Please where is Detective Unique Adeleke and Officer Chukwunonso Okolie?''

Everyone began to clap as we stepped forward and I noticed Chichi's face was flushed with excitement. He gave us a warm handshake and continued talking ''an important case has been solved thanks to the dedication of these fine officers. I am not saying the rest of you didn’t do your own oh; ehen don’t quote me wrong. But these officers are a shining example. They not only solved a murder but were able to solve the incessant robberies in that locality as well. They were able to kill two birds with a …''

Suddenly a phone began to ring and I was annoyed. Who is that person trying to steal my thunder now? The ASP was clearly upset by the interruption ''who is that rascal?'' he thundered, ''don't you know you were coming to a meeting? Your phone should be on silent or switched off …''

He continued ranting and the officer kept apologising ''sorry sir, sorry sir, it won't happen again sir …''

Then the phone started ringing again and everyone burst out laughing ''carry that your ugbebai from here!'' ASP Kolawole shouted.

I've read that chapter again. Her mother's phone is a blackberry but an Ugbebai was on the stool the night the stranger died... but that doesn't prove that Pam killed him.
