The basic requirement to join the army is SSCE. That is what we are asking Buhari to submit to INEC. He went to US war college and obtained a diploma certificate, not Masters, with army money. In advanced countries, Buhari will be arrested and jailed for fraud and be meant to repay all money the army paid to him because he didn't have the basic requirement to join the force in the first instance. What is so hard in getting those certificates where he kept them? We have to see the primary school, colleges,etc certificates. If he cannot be able to get them for us it means he is not capable to lead the nation in any capacity. People make him look as though he has a university education.
