Access Bank pays 238k per month for ETs. At Access, there is no such thing as before or after confirmation. At the training school is (before confirmation) where you get paid #43,750 a month. Immediately you are "successfully" done with the training school, you'll start receiving that 238k a month. Actually, it's 237k+ but it's roughly 238k. Also, immediately after training school, you're entitled to a brand new ( 2011-2016) model Ford ( usually focus) or Honda city car which you'll pay back via a loan scheme of about 43-68k a month (for 48 months). It is not by force to obtain the car. At Access, whatever you do, be wise in your decision, even while you are still at training school.
As for the information I gave you, don't ask me how I got it, but it is 99.99% accurate. For those that still choose to doubt, keep doubting until you receive your first cash of #43,750 next week Friday (23-01-2015). If you still doubt, wait until you receive your first salary after training school and if your doubts still persist after your first salary after training school, I doubt if you can ever believe in yourself.

You're given targets if you're in marketing department (that's certain) but you may be in operations and yet be given targets which may be less burdensome than the other who finds him/herself in marketing. Also, you may be running from marketing and find yourself in funds transfer or customer service. Don't be too happy yet because your target will eventually come. It may be quarterly, per 6 months or annually.
To be frank, you have to be on your toes (always) at Access Bank. Don't be deceived by what you saw at the headquarter at plot 999 Danmole street. The headquarter is a better place but still, you'll have targets. Some Access employees left for Sterling bank. Though they pay lesser there ( above 150k. So I heard but I'm not sure of the exact amount). A friend of mine works at one of their branches in Benin. Remember I said earlier "At Access, whatever you do, be wise in your decision". Its hyundai, kia or ford figo, and its d latest model...

D class dat got marketin in december got it because most of dem requested for marketing...even ife and other guys in d HR had left HR for marketing
