Per that Invoice, Freight Fee was billed per kg. I suggest you look @ the weighting information. Service Charge is per item, not per product. If we go with your 'per product' implicit suggestion, do you think you'd meet anyone in the office tomorrow? We like business deals but no one here can work for free.

I really appreciate your opinion but we can't go out of business to stay in business. I suggest you read our Modus Operandi on page 0 & 302 (we'll keep improving those pages to establish win-win).
