If a search (not replacement) is made for a client, it's within the discretion of the client to proceed as Specuit Cargo or any of her team players won't be responsible for any defect or any error with the product(s) searched for.

3) Yes, because you ought to provide a replacement or if you wish for a cancellation, you pay the Cancellation Fee. Time & effort already expended = time & effort that ought to be expended on a successful order if your payment was in full or for another client's order. The Cancellation Fee is to 'appease the gods'.

4) Yes sir, it's fair and factual. It's always wise and straight-forward enough to work within the tenets of a company's Ts&Cs; it helps a lot. Some questions, please:
a) Does it sound fair for a client to make half payment when he's fully aware a company doesn't accept half but full payment?
b) If he makes half payment or 3/4 payment, how does he expect the company to proceed with his order and complete it?
I'd love your honest reply on this.

After answering these questions, if Krys doesn't pick up the phone today as it's over 48 hours and he's yet to adapt to his new location, you'll get your refund in full.

This Dubizzle route needs a total revamp, with its own rules because no matter how hard and fast, there must be a complaint from you most especially. I'm sorry but I'm close to a perfectionist when it comes to business; if it's half right, it's not complete enough for me to be satisfied and sleep well @ night. There will be loss of revenue & profit but it's best it's revamped. When it is, we can all resume but for now, let's focus on online orders for UAE.
