U don't hv to take any drug except folic acid one per day and it's a tiny tab. U won't hv any difficulty swallowing. Its well sis

Good afternoon to all the Mamas in the house. Please is there anything i can do to help myself eat well, I have delight only in carrots and bananas and no other food is appealing at all. And please i need to know when Morning sickness can finally disappear Its not funny at all as i have zero appetite. Please helpppp

My dearest monthmate , manage whatever it is you can keep down,its better than forcing yourself to eat what isn't appealing to you thereby triggering vomit.. when I was pregnant with my 1st ,I lived on seven up for about 5days cos that was the only thing I could manage,I'm 11wks gone with number 3 and still not out of the woods yet. It will get better.
