While using the glo bis last year, I experienced very slow or no network when using it even in areas where other phones (especially bb) work fine on glo 3G network.
Someone then suggested I download supervpn app to make it faster.. It actually worked.


I know some people experience this same ish right now and that's why I'm sharing this. Download supervpn apk and activate each time you wanna connect and have a better experience if you've been on the slow or lagging side.

Any one with any other way to make it work properly (for those whose glo bis is not working really bad) should add to this.

thanks to you guys, I am starting to enjoy my m2. however, it remain 2 processes b4 I am Ok.
1) changing the imei to blackberry own coz I really wanna be flexing with glo 3gb. the MTN 1gb per month don't last me more than 2wks.
2) upgrading my 4.2 rom 8gb version to arinze 4.4.2 remoded.
so my gurus.... I will love the guide to dis 2 issues or the page number where I can find the solution. And Pls which should come first? changing imei or upgrading?

FIRSTLY... UPGRADE!

Go to gionee website (try to Google it) and download gionee kitkat package and upgrade to 4.4. (details on how to upgrade is there too)
Then download Aarinze's Rom (the link above this post) and flash via cwm or ctr.


The glo bis level can then come in.

that mb for that upgrading too much o. so there's no way I can upgrade from d stock 4.2 to arinze 4.4 directly?

you must upgrade to stock kk first, before you can be able to upgrade to any custom Rom.

hmmm Not true, I'm in jb rom but i later upgrade to Samsung Galaxy s4 rom.. Didn't upgrade to stock kitkat first

You can flash the ROM over stock 4.2.

But, make sure you have a backup.

But guys when I now restart my phone , the brightness alters and I can't add system widgets to my launcher
