How will you own a hi-tech smart Tv that consumes heavy power, when Elelectricity load shedding is driving you nuts in Gauteng province? You can never operate that type of smart Tv so how do you know it's time zone display system? Village man.

Better retreat to your colored people's Cape Colony (No insult intended sir) and buy candles for light

Your F-7 will be in danger and exposed during its approach.

A valour class frigate carries up to 36 missiles. Two of them bring 72 SAMs to the battlespace.

Stop telling lies !

SAN has ONLY 1 single Valour frigate alive and only in the 16 missile manufacturer made configuration mode, that has been proved here many times
.

Frigate can carry 32 missiles. Fact. Keep quiet.
I have been on our frigates before when docked, and its visible where extra missile ports can be added.

Can, not that it does today.

Nigeria too Can deploy JF-17 Thunder against Valour frigate.

We too Can refit NNS Aradu back to full service and use it's ready 120km range Otomat missiles
.

Young brain dead man. Frigates are able to carry 32 missile ready for launch. Very basic fact. Simple. That has been known ever since Umkhonto was intergrated onto the frigates. Waste your own time and google it. Why go through the expense of putting a full complement of 32 missiles during peace time?

And which one sounds quicker to do? If war breaks out between SA and Nigeria tomorrow.....do you think it will be quicker to open up pre existing ports on the frigate. Add an extra 16 internal launch modules and missiles (with Umkhonto missiles ready and waiting in Centurion). Orrrr.....accept JF-17's, fully train your "pilots" on all it's systems and also refit NNS Aradu to full service. Which one of those sounds the fastest to do? Fool.

Same way Nigeria does not use NNS Aradu in peacetimes.

If you upgrade anything on your ship, we too will upgrade everything on Aradu, nobody has monopoly of buying new weapons or adding new capabilities

It took South African navy a whole 7 years of hard labour to fix a battery inside one single Submarine. Fool !

Use that small thing you call a brain and see who the supplier of the battery is. Original equipment manufacturer must supply new batteries, they dont get fixed in the dry dock. Im sure you think they are small duracell batteries you use in your anal vibrator.

Spoken like a true village boy. You'll start fixing Aradu when? 1 week before you need it for war? And the refit will be complete when? When the war is over? grin grin grin

Adding 16 more Umkhonto missiles which are ready for use, stored in Irene, Centurion and refitting a complete war ship are completely different. Months and months diferrence in time frames. Which is why our frigate is being refitted now in Durban, during peactime. Forward planning.

Cameroon's President Paul Biya had announced Thursday that Chad President Idriss Deby had decided to send "a substantial contingent" of troops to help Cameroonian armed forces who have faced repeated attcks from Boko Haram.

A source close to the army said the force had begun preparing for departure on Thursday.

Earlier on Friday, Chad's parliament in N’Djamena voted 150 to 0 to send an unspecified number of "Chadian armed troops and security forces to assist Cameroonian and Nigerian soldiers waging war against the terrorists in Cameroon and Nigeria".

Boko Haram is fighting to create a hardline Islamic state in northeast Nigeria along the border with Chad, Cameroon and Niger.

thats a small relief for SA then.but the fact still stands that you arent economically strong enough to withstand the fiscal backlash of such an exorbitant project.you'd ruin your already unstable economy, and plunge your country into a century-worth economic depression.

idris deby of chad is a joker. They asked him to commit troops to a multinational standby force he withdrew the troops and left a vulnerable FOB to fall in the hands of BH. Since he doesn't want a nigerian commander to boss his boys in the MTF then let him go and crew up with weak Cameroon. After all they are the same francophone countries. I know this francophone countries are busy preparing the stage for a French controlled lake chad basin.

The last NNS Aradu refit was done at home in Nigerian Nigerdock shipyard around 2002.

Germany built your Soweto bank loan purchased submarine, it took you 7 years to replace one battery because you were humbled to beg Germany to help you after you failed on your own.

Germany built your Frigate warship and you need Germany to help you reconstruct it's steel deck with all the stealth features that must not be distorted or else the ships stealth capability is damaged by some Soweto plum head incompetent local engineers.

So it will take you 20 years to add extra missiles to that Valour frigate unless you go kneel down and beg Germany again to help you, or you can bring the SAN frigate to shipyard in Port Harcourt Nigeria so that we your African masters can help your inferiority and misfortune, Nigeria has acquired stealth warship building technology 100% and we are already using it on F92 ship.

Get a bank loan from South Africa, send your warship to Nigeria for upgrade, stealth ship master builders dey plenty for Port Harcourt o !

idris deby withdrew his troops 2 days before boko haram attacked baga.that can only mean either of these two things:
*that he probably recieved intelligence report of that attack before it happened,or
*that he has a cordial relationship with boko haram

@Evarn-SA is not Nigeria, it has money.

Check here that we have about over $80 billion to spend on infrastructure for just three years. This money was made available by treasury as confirmed by the minister of finance.
