A few hours after Government College Katsina released APC presidential candidate Muhammadu Buhari’s WASC certificate and result, some Nigerians are calling for President Jonathan to present his doctorate thesis which he obtained from the University of Port Harcourt.

What is the minimum education requirement for the seat of the presidency? I think its a tertiary degree or sec. School cert. (not sure). So requesting for jona's (questionable) phd degree is irrelevant. Vote KOWA party! Now that will be a change.
