However I will ask my midwife next week during my appointment but for now I need to eat what goes down well.

A suggestion: I have been thinking of a way to bring all women here in this room closer as one family, to make communication easier, yet I dont know how it may sound to the mamas in d house.
The idea is for mamas to share cell-phone contacts within each other, here in the room or via emails: as this will make it easier for you all to communicate especially when offline, and for private prayer sessions, one with another.
If this is a welcome idea, I wish it be considered and contacts shared.

@Kaffy4bill is there a particular reason why someone needs to be with me at the hospital? My doctor scheduled a C-section for me on the 17th or 24th of February and my elder sister who is supposed to come stay with me (because my mum recently passed on) is a first lady in one of the states and so promised to come after the elections, and that should be when am back home with LO. So I just need to know if there's a particular reason why someone must be with me and is it something my DH cant do because he's willing to be there with me.

Too much of vitamin A is not good and can be harmful to the unborn baby, that's why pregnant women are told to avoid eating liver and some other fortified Vit A food and drugs.

I advise you stop the golden mourn or reduce it significantly.

I think geographically. it may not be easy for some to meet. In my opinion, phone contacts and of course Facebook (social media in general), where one can view photos of friends will be an added option too, so the mamas here will know each other by face.

I think someone should start it, if it is agreed and accepted.

Well, with regard to contacts, proudmom and prouddad really missed u, coupled with worries. we wish we had ur phone contact.

This is why I am suggesting: Social media, as well as phone contacts. So that all moms can easily reach each other for prayers, and all care.

proudmom and I are yet to get more support on this, then we will share our facebook ID. But that, certainly will not shift focus away from this nairaland wall. It will be majorly for facial contact: so you see and know all moms here by face.

Please oh no talk dat one. From say I de pity dh to now eh I don de hardened. What I am passing thru is enof. Back pain. Waist pain. No sleeping position de sweet. Sometimes I sleep sitting up frm night till morning. Heartburn. I get hungry anyhow rhis days. Abeg I have enough on my plate

Oya na who wan start. D problem be say some small small children de enter nairaland as guests. Hope dropping contacts no go too expose us. Especially some of us wey move from ttc thread

Abeg make I come in as old mama consain. We tried this last year, one mama suggested it. So a whatsapp group was created, it was A huge mistake. Everyone shifted to the group, nobody bothered to postr here, nobody was available to answer questions etc. Then a lot complained about battery draining etc. Drama plenty juo. It nearly distabilized the thread. So they all came back and we started building our family again. Lol
That's the end of my story!!!
