Good Morning Guys...please i need your urgent assistance. I applied for the FSW scheme and have gotten to the medicals stage...which i have also completed and sent and required. This was done in November 2014. I have been waiting for the mail to send my passport to Accra but to no avail. The last information i got was that the VISA issuing office is yet to resume for the year. Does anyone have such experience or have any piece of information that could help. I learnt it shouldn't take this long after medicals.
Regards

Henroh, chill. You'll definitely get the mail. Except something showed up positive in the medical report...
Did you see the content of the medical report?

When did you apply for FSW?
Timeline, I mean.

Thanks.

Hello,
I got a mail confirming me for IELTS Exam in Ibadan on the 7th of Feb, this saturday but the venue was not divulged. i sent a mail and i havent gotten any reply yet. Go ahead and use your mastercard. But inform your bank before you do the transaction. Most people here used their mastercard for WES.

You need the ECA result to reapply. Have you registered on www.jobbank.gc.ca ?

I would like to ask.. In your own opnion and experience, do you think it's possible for someone residing in Nigeria to secure a job in Canada when he is still in Nigeria (using Nigeria qualification and experience) ?
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by LOBOFC: 4:56pm On Feb 02, 2015
Hello people,

I just applied under EE. My score was 432. However, my status is blank. it is saying i need to register under the job bank which i have done but can't seem to link the two together.

I have registered under the job bank but CIC profile is still showing not yet register.

Please i need answers to the following...

1. Is my 432 score ok? Do i stand any chance?
2. How do I link the job account i created to my CIC application?
3. What do I do next after this?

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,

It is extremely difficult but not impossible.

Not a bad score by the standard of applicants without job offer/provincial nomination. You will do well if you secure a provincial nomination. It is difficult securing an ITA without a provincial nomination/job offer which will give you an additional 600 points judging by the first draw. However, you should intensify effort to secure provincial nomination where and when you can. You can also include your spouse ECA and language ability to increase your chance.

You don't have to have another GC Key?You can do everything within the same GC Key. Withdraw the first profile and create a new one ( if you created one already).

If you opened up a profile on job bank without job seeker validation key,it means your EE profile is not active and therefore not in the pool. Am I missing something here?

Why are you reapplying? Why do you need a different GC Key?

You either mail WES at contactca@wes.org to unlock the payment platform or you create an entirely new application and proceed with payment.

Another option is to log out and log in again, then proceed with the payment option you desire.

You can not register on EE if you don't have an ECA result (as wel as IELTS result) as you would be require to supply your ECA result reference number.

1. Using cap to send message means you are shouting at the top of your voice. Don't use cap letters,so you don;t scare us out.

2. On this thread,we preach following laid down rules and regulations. If the rules says you cannot send transcripts by yourself for the purpose of ECA,please do not attempt to do so and nobody here will support such.

3. Don't "save cost" by doing what is inappropriate. You will end up spending more because you'd be found out and your application will not be processed until you follow the right procedure.

4. You,as the applicant, can only send your degree certificate(s). The educational institution you attended is obliged to send your transcripts directly to the assessment body. Do no do anything otherwise.

Many thanks for your response but I really do not know how to go about d provincial nomination. They keep saying things like you must know someone or have a relative there of which I don't

It is not all provinces that require having a job offer or being nominated by a relative. You can try out Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia provinces.
