The Minister of Education, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, has said public schools throughout the country will remain in session during the February 14 and 28 elections. I thought the education minister was a teacher before. Atleast by this time, pupils in every both lower and higher institutions are meant to be with their parents . Government has No security provision for the students, yet they want them to remain in school. Who knows what would happen during and after the election? |
