He deserves respect

He deserves respect for what? For putting his selfish interest over our national interest? Respect is earned and never demanded, what he is doing is capable of plunging Nigeria into complete chaos.

Insulting the president of
your country isn't the mark of one
with positive CHANGE in mind. That's
hypocrisy!!

125 Almajiri schools plus 25 under
construction
,taking our children off
the streets..and you say President Jonathan is badluck??

You are celebrating 125 plus 25 schools for the whole of 19 northern states. Lagos state has more than 800 public secondary schools and more than 1000 public primary schools.

to me, it is not true. Jonathan has done well and he will still do more. anyway, you are entitled to your own opinion. even if Jonathan have not done well, i would still condemn it. you can't just insult my president like that.
Well you and I can't because that would be treasonous, but apparently Al Jazeera can and have.

Aljazeera journalists in nigeria should be deported immediately. NCC/NBC should block Aljazeera from getting to our homes.

In as much as the office of the President of any sovereign nation should command respect, respect is also earned.

You cannot bring ridicule to your own people by your actions such as giving tacit support to corruption and partying the day after a bomb blast decimated and made handicap your countrymen and expect be given worldwide acclaim. It simply doesn't work like that.

Indeed pride goes before a fall.

Thats the humpty dumpty experience.

In as much as I want a change in government.

In as much as I do not want GEJ to return.

I will never subscribe to foreign or local media disrespecting our president.

He's still our president till May 2015

I respect him for being our president and I respect the office he's occupying

Sai Buhari all the way.
That is the reason why we are disrespected, it's so wrong. Insulting him will not make him change. I condemn it

Suddenly I feel so sorry for GEJ. He has failed so woefully and so stupendously, even his descendants yet to come must be squirming with embarrassment at the thought of bearing that name. This level of failure is, frankly, amazing.

God bless you, GEJ is still our president and as such he deserves to be respected. It's a big slap to my face seeing foreign media disrespecting him. We may have different interest and opinion, but Nigeria should come first. He's the number 1 citizen.

This will backfire on what aljazeera represents...this almost moved me in deciding to vote GEJ!!! imagine fa angry angry

Aljazeera got no right in insulting our president...its our exclusive right as Nigerians to do that and this right does not extend to foreign media.

Aljazeera, an internationally acclaimed news agency can't stoop so low. I was one of those that tweeted and retweeded and called for the release of their journalists in Egypt. The janjaweedeans should look for another lie
