Hey fellow members! I just thjoined and thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Canopener. Okay, well, that's my username anyway lol. I love waisting time online; there's a lot of work I should be doing currently that I'm putting off. However I enjoy making friends with strangers if that makes any sense lol. It's not by force to commend someone. If you feel you are doing the person a favour by telling him/her about the good work he or she did then that commendation is dead on arrival and plain useless.

You can keep it to yourself in order not to "soothe the ego" of the person (whatever that means).

But it wouldn't take anything from you if you go straight to the point and not make it look like a big deal.
