Simply login to your cpanel and locate the softaculous apps installer. You can then select any of the apps including forum scripts like mybb and smf. Click on your choice and install.

There is no direct option in cPanel to change your primary hosting domain. Only way to do this is to cancel or to delete your old hosting plan and order a new hosting plan for the new domain.

It seems your domain is not configured with any hosting or addon services. By default, we don't place parking ads on domains registered with us.

So by typing your domain on the browser won't return any website unless you have configured your domain for that. Please note a domain itself is just a name and you need to add services to it to use it.

You can verify the domain whether it has been registered or not from whois here:

http://whois.icann.org/

By default we offer free emails with every domain, you can activate it by logging in here:
http://www.domainking.ng/login/

If you want to park or auction the domain on Sedo, you can go ahead and open an account with them. You would just need to change your domain's nameservers to point to Sedo.

We don't have any control on your ISP's DNS, this issue could only be resolved by your ISP. In normal cases DNS issues at the ISPs are resolved in few hours. So you are advised to try again in few hours.

We also advice you to clear your PC's DNS cache. Every computer has a local IP cache of various websites, you also need to refresh it.

I have just checked your issue. The domain order was placed on March 17 when it was available and payment was made on March 20. During this time the domain had already been registered by someone else. You can check the domain whois here: http://www.verisigninc.com/en_IN/whois/index.xhtml to see the current registrant of your domain.

Hence we had to refund the payment to your account credits at DomainKing.NG. These credits can be used to register a new domain or any other service you want from our website.
