Why is it the best. It got less balsyic protecstion, IED, HEAT and fire power than the badger. All so you have a tiny number of them. Not even enough to field a company.

BTR-4E is better than Badger.

BTR-4 is amphibious, Badger is only dry land capable

BTR-4 and Badger have the same level of armour protection except for the extra under chassis anti-mine/IED protection on the Badger

BTR-4 speed is faster

BTR-4 has extra firepower of 40mm Automatic Grenade Launcher, Badger has none

T72 is a death trap, reactive armor or not... just look at Syria. Cheap chinese ATGM's eating them for breakfast all day long. Look at its combat history as well, its been slaughtered every single time its been in combat. Worthless tank.

Syrian T-72 tanks are older than Nigerian versions and they have less armour. Nigeria has T-72 M variant with double ERA amour on top of another layer of RHA....three levels of armour T-72 tanks

try driving your top heavy SUV cross country at speed. People look at tanks and think they slow, sure on the road they slow but they can hit speeds over road no SUV could reach.

All tanks are vulnerable to ATGM. No provides full proof protection against ATGM's.


As far as MBT's go in Africa.

1) Abrams M1 = Egypt

2) T-90 = Algeria and Uganda

3). T-72AV / T-72czm2 = Nigeria.

4). T-72. = Ethiopia.

These are the only MBT's worthy of mention in Africa.

At this point in time Cameroon has better IFVs'... Sht1t sone, are you seriously comparing an upgraded cold-war IFV to a latest gen tank hunting IFV? The Stryker called... it wanted to remind you that its not 1985 anymore
