My questions here are these 1. I am 32 years 2. I have a bsc. Estate management 3. Got an admission to pursue a post graduate diploma in construction management. 3. I work but am been paid in cash doesn't reflect on bank statement but my other real estate deals does, presently have a fixed deposit of 2.8million after paying the acceptance fee it would drop to about 2.4million. 4. My elder bro is my sponsor and has a good balance Pls how do I go about my statement of account since my salary doesnt reflect, I would appreciate reasonable answers. Thank you. Meanwhile I have got my letter of employment, study leave granted, pay slips and letter of introduction to the embassy. |

zuggy: 3 options: 1.You can risk it with your other docs and your fixed deposit account 2.Mention in your SOP that salary is paid cash in hand and the balance is what has been fixed. 3.for the next 4 months (feb, mar, apr, may) pay the salary into your account monthly and apply June 1st |

Include the payslip and other employment details. Ur coy can also start ur current salary on the letter of intro. I think with that you should be cool. zuggy: |

Hello good people. Congrats to those who got their trv. I am new here and I have lots of questions on my mind regards going to Canada for masters. I have applied to two schools already and awaiting their response for admission offer. My question actually has to do with application for the visa. I have read so much here which has been helpful. However, I am still a bit confused about funding. Does that mean the statement of account must show a lot of money (account balance) ? And how many months account statement is required ? 3 or 6 months I look forward to responses. Thanks all. |

It has to show as much money as possible depending on the type of program and course duration. 4 or 6 months statement of account but 6months preferably. Motun123: |

kciano: tnuola: Bro, don't let anyone tell you, you can't do something. You won't be the first person working to sponsor himself through school in Canada and you won't also be the last. Your program allows for 6 months coop which is good for you to make some bucks, and you could also take a further semester off if need be to get more. If you can scale the hurdle of visa processing then good for you. Come here and devise legit means of sponsoring yourself 5 Likes |

So I can tell the VO that my salary doesn't reflect on bank statement and also submit it alongside my payslips because I recieve money from other sources into my account. Please someone should help answer this issue based on experience as most people face this deliama. How can we tackle this issue when your salary dont reflect on your bank statement but funds from other source reflects on it. 1 Like |
