Msauza:hmm....be that as it may, there are supposed to be picture and perhaps video evidences recorded by your soldiers specially to prove the reports of your adventure. a lack thereof signifies defeat. |

agaugust: Nigeria does not have a launching platform for Otomat anymore. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 7:08pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
EVarn: That's unprofessional and immature for soldiers doing battle with video cameras and carrying riffles at the same time. We only see that unbecoming scenes happening in Nigeria, Thank you. |

Msauza:it isnt unprofessional,do you mean to tell me that video recordings of scenes in WW2 by world military powers are unprofessional?,it isnt unprofessional,it is something to be done with pride, something that future generations will witness and be proud of.it also has the positive effect of psycological morale boost for both soldiers and citizens. that your troops werent capable enough to do something doesnt mean its unprofessional. |

andrewza: It was not my explanation, it was the manufacturer's technical operation mechanism of Otomat missile explained on Harpoon Databases. I am tired of repeating old posts on this thread because you Southies are just fvcking liars and frauds filled with inferiority complex, you make me leave this forum and watch TV instead. I posted it here July 6th, 2014 with weblink source and photo screen image of the webpage, PROVED BEYOND ANY DOUBT ON PLANET EARTH ! https://www.nairaland.com/415620/strongest-military-africa/948 "The Otomat is an unusual missile. The four double-delta wings are each mounted on an air intake and are tipped with a datalink antenna.. Between two of the wing pairs are a pair of solid rocket launch boosters which are jettisoned after four seconds. A radar altimeter is fitted to the underside. The jet engine is to the rear along with the cruciform guidance fins. The missile comes sealed in a fiberglass container that needs maintenance only once a year. Launch is via the MM/OJ-791 operator console. Inbuilt missiles internal datalink allows two Otomats stagger-fired to “cooperate” and extend their maximum range from 35NM to 43 ¼ NM or 80 km range." SOURCE : Harpoon Databases. It shocked everybody on this forum last year, so shuut up and live with the fact, Otomat MK 1 range when two missiles are fired in salvo is 80km and it beats the 70km of your weaker Exocet missile. .

Msauza: It is wrong as usual, does not include Nigeria's new weapons purchases in hundreds, T-72, BTR-4, RM-70 MRLS, BVP-1, CH-3 Missile Drones, CS-VP3 MRAPS, Spartan MK III, Igirigi 23mm x 2 cannon, New night combat Alpha jets with PGM, Puma armed helicopters, Gazelle armed helicopters, NNS Centenary, NNS Okpabana, NNS Sangbama, Mi-35 Hind E, Mi-171 armed Terminators, too many including weapons SANDF has never dreamed of in their lives .. 1 Like |

EVarn: There were special people who were assigned to do that work and they are called war journalists. Unfortunately, CAR is still backward more like Djibouti. |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 8:18pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
Patchesagain: First you said last year that Nigeria has NO SINGLE T-72 tank, now you say we have less than 26 units....why did you change your foolish mind ? Secondly, Nigeria is proved to have over 100 units of T-72 tanks already in service, and when Ukraine delivers the delayed units, we will have about 200 units of T-72 tanks. Thirdly, we have T-72 tanks from 3 different countries, the new batch delivery from Czech republic alone was 58 units of T-72 tanks. http://ftr.wot-news.com/2015/02/01/czechs-sell-tanks-to-nigeria-to-fight-boko-haram/ SANDF has only 26 units of modernized refurbished re-welded repainted Olifant tanks with fairly good passive armour, all the rest of your Olifant tanks are ancient versions with ordinary RHA armour that Nigerian T-72 tanks will eat for breakfast with 125mm gun . 1 Like |

Msauza:so you say....in the absence of civilian 'war' journalists,a special team of SANDF troops who werent actively engaged in combat could have done it. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:22pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
Most of recently acquired Nigeria's weapons are just junk which has been bought from the black market. Nothing is big about them, they will only be good to chase after terrorists and not a fully fledged professional army like SANDF. We have a solution in a form of an antidote for all of them. We are definitely immune. |

Msauza:can you buy T72 MBTs,CH-3 missile drones,BTR-4 and OPCVs{fitted with combat system} on the black market? |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:31pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
EVarn: Nope, war jurnos who were supposed to have been born and bred of CAR could have filmed the whole scene and pictures. In SA, there is a journalist in almost every city to cover any incident which appears to be newsworthy and if it is too risky will even organise a well trained war jurno. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:33pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
EVarn: Yes, you can. Executive Outcomes were specialist of Russian weapons from their armoured vehicles to their gunships and you know what, they acquired all that from the black market. |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 8:43pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
Msauza:That same arrogance will topple your nation into a pool of flaming sulphur. Most of our weapons were acquired legitimately through defence contractors, moreover; what 'antidote' do you have to our CH-3 UACVs cruising leisurely into your airspace? what 'immunity' can you muster against a convoy of T72 tanks pointing the business end of their 125mm guns at pretoria? what 'solution' do you have against NNS Centenary OPCV penetrating your territorial waters and running circles round your frigates and submarines without asking for free fuel? do you really have answers to our BTR-4,CS-VP3 MRAPS,Super puma armed attack helicopters etc....? 1 Like |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:49pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
EVarn: False, large majority of your weapons were acquired as second hands and illegitimately as even confirmed by Nigerian military. They even tried to acquire them illegally from SA, remember. 1 gripen= thousands of drones 1 ingwe= 1 T72, MRAPS, BTR, etc. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 8:49pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
Msauza:to cut the long story short; your troops failed in CAR,they ran to the airport on bare foot, leaving behind dozens of your geckos to the rebels. |

EVarn: Our troops never failed, they were waiting for reinforcement. They commited massacre by killing 600-800 seleka rebels until they backed for mercy. Gripens and Rooivalks arrived and we were waiting for Game 2 and the parliament said NO. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:58pm On Feb 22, 2015 |

Msauza:give a source to support your claims and i will acknowledge your point and accept defeat.if you cant, then you are a lying bas.tard. your ingwe missiles will dissipitate uselessly against the T72 MBT ERA. |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 9:09pm On Feb 22, 2015 |
Msauza:more like you were cowed by the french government, the same french government that cameroon is now boldly defying. your troops were slaughtered like babarians under the sword of rome by child rebels.seleka smote your paratroopers with the edge of the sword, leaving your soldiers running in wild panic under the umbrella of france.your troops failed, period. |
