Bbaby84 at least we know now know that some states accept the ones from either the embassy or a notary public or a court and some states accept strictly embassy notarized forms and it is better to ask so as to be on the safe side 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Shawbabe:I don't come on this thread to spew my personal opinion when it involves U.S immigration. I always include links to the appropriate U.S government website for those who have the time to read through. I just did not see the point of people gambling with something as simple as a consent letter knowing fully well that the U.S. embassy version is accepted in all 50 states and for consent there is no charge. 2 Likes 1 Share

Amother4life: I'm I the only one that read that consent forms are free of charge at the end.... In case you misinterpreted what I meant, I appreciate people that share but don't make it seem like it's the only way.... We are meant to be mothers or mothers-to-be, let's be civil to one another.
