What are you looking for in a library that you can not find online.
Libraries ( apart from state or those based in schools ) are so 19th century.

Like seriously? And everyone knows how to use the so called internet? Is it being used for what it ought to be used for?
My brother, library can be a thing of 17th century, yet we still need it. Do you realise how much more easier it is to read from paper than screen?

I am not suprised if there are no new libraries within the last 16yrs like the op said.
I mean, in Toronto where Tinubu graduated from, there are no libraries and Fashola is Tinubu's boy, he has to follow his oga at the top's footstep. Because he doesn't want to say something and his oga at the top will say another thing.
Just kidding anyways.
But I believe at least a library must have been built within those years. Even renovation is part of building.

Or rather this is why GEJ would say there's still polio in Nigeria and he gets a standing ovation. No one wants to learn by themselves anymore. Youths just waiting for marching orders from politicians.

PDP chairman said lack of power and petrol scarcity is APC's fault, some so called youths asking someone for certificate went to town with it without sitting down to think for a second how that makes any sense. The chairman had to come back and deny him ever saying that, saying he had basically made adjustments in his ICT team.

Nowadays anyone can wake up and make up anything no matter how ridiculous and you see the so called educated youths echoing it

That's the library... I talked about... I have been oppurtuned to make use of the library about 3 times.... Its painted yellow... Thoo the library still needs text books... But the environment of the library is very Okay... Jus leave that guy alone...
