Wife beating is legal in Nigeria. Women are literally easily replaceable men's properties. She will even have to get her parents to beg for forgiveness from an animal she calls her husband after all that horror.

It is a violent society. That is what they teach them at home,schools and place of worship in the name of corporal punishment.

Barbaric, despicable, heinous don't even know what word to use to qualify this hideous act.

What annoys me most is that these women beaters can't even face their fellow men when it comes to real fights. All of those present should be made to face the full wrought of the law. How can they stand there and witness such inhuman treatment to a woman irrespective of what she could have done.
BTW what happened to the man she was dating? How come the supposed husband didn't take-on the man that was dating his wife?

Chimp and man are about the only primates that are really violent to their female folks and the weaklings among them. The rest of the primates like bonobo, gorrila and co are very gentle, caring and respectful to the less physically endowed.
