look at the manual and pull that direction hard. Same experience with my brothers own.

good morning, i just bought this same tablet and am using my former mtn sim card. Have been enjoying the free megabite data but suddenly stop. As in i saw a notification that mobile data is blocked. Please help me out

Then your charger is not good. Which charger are you using? Get a charger with a 2amp output.

Click on Mkt Settings

Click on CDS Info, then Radio Information and Press Phone 1

Click on AT+, the keyboard comes up, then press q and delete it

Select AT+EGMR=1,7,"" from the dropdown menu

In between the inverted comas, type the generated imei. It will look like this
   AT+EGMR=1,7,"35280124xxxxxx"

Click SEND AT COMMAND and when you see it is sent, restart your device
