Now this is where I begin to have problems with people. From day 1 I specified that this was for a colleague, I had told him shipment was 16th. Now amazon delayed and you made your shipment down to Nigeria, the right thing you should have done is to at least inform me about this. I didn't get any feedback till I had to inquire from you.

Things aren't done this way. Fine items have been shipped , at least you could have specified when I would be able to receive my goods. At this point am disappointed not because the shipment was missed, but for the mere fact that i was kept in the dark. I could have at least managed his expectations. Now am forced to start saying stories.

Kindly advise when the next shipment date is. Thank you

I'd appreciate if you go back and read my previous posts with you, including the date I created an invoice for you. Technically, the ETA must shift if payment isn't made on same date.

Yet, I informed you when your products arrived Specuit Cargo (USA) and that was a day after I posted that products have been dispatched to the freighter for onward dispatch to Lagos, Nigeria; dispatch to the freighter was held for over 3 hours for your product to come in but nothing. I'm sorry but I don't see how you were kept in the dark.
