3. Minimum 4 years university education

Average age of kids starting Primary 1 is 6 years

Total average number of years to get to NYSC is 6+6+4+6=22 years

The conditions for an 18 year old to be doing NYSC below:
1. Started primary school at 2 years old - Girl child education in the North will not permit that
2. Student jumped classes due to unfair quota system - Need to see her FSLC and WAEC results if she has ANY
3. Student jumped classes due to intelligence - Not applicable in the North
