Since u said u r having cramps for the past 3 days and no period yet, from what I know, primolut N will make ur period come out after 3 days when u stopped. I'm sure u shld be expecting it anytime from now. I've used it in d past too to induce period.

Ve u done a home pregnancy test? R u sure u r not pregnant? Why not do a hpt and see. Cos I know Cramping is also associated with pregnancy most often than not especially cases where one misses d period. Sending baby dust ur way!

@Wsfirstlady..ur symptoms are typical of wat I experienced from 15th Jan-7th march..no periods,cramps/twinges in my lower abdomen..I actually thot I wz preggy..wz sleepy,hungry,sensitive to smell at all times..sumthng ive never experienced in my whole cycles..den AF showed up on CD 56..I attributed mine to too much worry,anxiety,depression..the day I gave up and decided to relax,AF finally shwd up with severe lower abdominal pains..went for a hvs..turned out I had a bacterial infection..so I'm on meds now..dunno BT I'd suggest u go for a swab..but if u have and ure free den I suggest u relax ur mind..relax ur brain..may God ALmighty answer our prayers and may our stay here be short ..baby dust to all..sorry for the long post

Also ensure you do a blood preg test..some don't test early I was told.

@hafsat 24, Thanx for ur response dearie. I did a blood PT it turned out negative. Meanwhile ppl in my office think m preggy and I jst accept it with faith. I noticed an unusual cheese like discharge Frm ma V so i did a tvs 2 weeks ago it turned out I still had pcos and they was fluid, so my doc placed me antibiotics and i'm relieved now. Shud I induce AF with primolut N or wait till end of this mnth?.....

Meanwhile DH hs been so moody, sulking for 3 days now cos 2 of his frnds jst gave birth the same day. I wish I cud jst get myslf pregnant right away...

Happy new week[ Mum2bsoon, tanx a bunch, the thing is I don't even know weda I ovulated or not , my dear even pcm I hardly take ooo, aside from folic acid, I don't take any other drug,i forgot to mention that I too a HPT on the 19th of this month, it was N, it was Afta that I started experiencing the cramping and I spotting for the past 3days, I dnt want to feel dissapointed that's why I don't want to do a blood test. Take your time and present it to God in prayer. Stop worrying yourself. May be he feels its too early, that's men for you. Give him time and pray to God.

Please always ask the doc name of drugs you are taking. Some do more harm than good and because they're cheaper, some docs use it and you still pay everything. Don't take down any drug without knowing the name and why you're taking it, i mean what its expected to do. I'll advice you seek a second opinion, and if nothing is found, stick to natural vitamins and nothing else.

@wsfirstlady, I actually suspected pcos, you can induce af then after that continue with the vitex and u can add maca and fertilaid to ensure u ovulate every month, anovulation is the reason for the long cycle, I once had a 52days cycles but am now on 27days cycle

@hotmomma, was the question on best bd position for a baby boy or if u can giv dh from the back tonite? If that's the question feel free and give him garri turner style if he likes local styles or kamasutra. If he likes Indian styles like Tofan! Abeg feel free and repost...our antennas are all set to answer you except it is what we don't have experience in.

Another dilema is; shud I stick to d vitex or pause and induce AF with primolut N as I am on CD 42.

BTW, has anyone used forever living products i.e (aloe gel, royal jelly) etc and gotten a BFP? A colleague of mine suggested I used them, saying her sis used them and got a bfp.

I've used their products and didn't see result, research herbs for pcos and stick to vitex, take 4 capsules a day
M2tone is another drug I think you shud try cos I added it to my supplements last month and ovulated on cd13

@Wsfirstlady..no idea..Ive had dem in d fridge for the past year but no idea on what's used for..pls if any1 has ideas I'd be welcome to hear it

@mumihaja, 4 capsules of 500mg vitex? . I've been taking 1 capsule daily o and does the vitex brand really matter cos I use GnC brand?.... plus what did you do differently to regulate ur cycle?

@wsfirstlady, mine was 400mg to be taken 1capsule 2-3 times daily, so I decided to take 2capsules morning and 2 at night, then drink fertilitea with some drops of false unicorn root, I use femtrol which contain 200mg of vitex and was also using ovaboost, fetilecm, fenugreek,maca, red raspberry, red clover, soy isoflavones infact i take a lot of herbs just to ensure pcos is cast out of my life forever, now my cycle has been restored and I've gotten rid of the side effects of clomid I was having, its just remaining a bfp and dh has told me it is quiet obvious that it is not drugs that gives conception else I wud have had children...I just need a divine intervention from God and not drugs anymore.
