It took a very dire economic situation like the one you have just painted for Singapore to rise to greatness.

Presently, a lot of unenlightened niger deltans still believe their problems are caused by the north. When the crises starts, it will force an all inclusive round table discussion which would not just expose the extent of injustice in the ND, but will also expose the TRUE CULPRITS who incidentally are the same ND Leaders and those rogue militants who siphon the billions meant to develop the region.
