Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the the Nigerian Communications Commission and five others to pay the All Progressives Congress N500m for unlawfully shutting down the party’s presidential campaign fund-raising platform. Apart from NCC, the other judgment debtors are Etisalat, MTN Nigeria Limited, Globacom Limited, Airtel Nigeria Limited and Visafone Communications Limited. Great....lalasticlala, Oga Seun.....abeg assist carry go front, this matter needs to be torch-lighted in the face of the decision by the court stopping APC from generating the funds needed to mobilise the support to challenge Jonathan and his pdp candidates. Sai Buhari...this cash is coming too late .....APC needs it to go for the final onslaught |

that judge must have been high on cheap weed before saying that sh1t.... NCC said,they don't allow that as a governing body ,i think the judge should respect their own law..... i trust 9ja,telecom,they will appeal. |
