Difficult to answer but if i were you, i will rather look the sides of Skye, FCMB, and UBA within that price range of N3 (3 naira) ahead of Transcorp. But in all, Transcorp is a good buy! You can research more yourself

Yes you are on the right track. Consider staying with other stocks that can still give you close to10% dividend after the election. They are likely to have another bullish run before their ex date. Also keep an eye on the consumer goods. Enjoy.
