Are you sure of your numbers. 30k monthly comes to 360k yearly and 360k on 10 mil is only 3.6% which is very low for that amount in a country where the can prime rate is about 13%

The best you can do is to invest in a business that yield profit daily, you can employ workers to manage it with you or you can resign from your work to manage it.
