RedBenson: Pele o In 2011, South-Westerners voted en-masse for GEJ. However, he did not win with our votes alone. He even won some states in the North. What you should ask is that, what changed between then and now? Check the votes cast in South-West. The chunk of votes that decided GEJ's fate did not come from S/West. It came from the north. See how close Lagos was. It should tell you that there was no gang-up against GEJ. Some people who felt GEJ was the messiah just wasn't feeling him again. If you are asking that Nigerians must vote him a second time just for the sake of it like your Asari wants, then I can gladly tell you to go to hell. Why am I even explaining sef? Asari should gather his army ASAP and start the pipeline bombing... Abi no be im way be that? I dey wait 4 Likes 1 Share |

Its funny how some Nigerians reason! Four years ago,Nigerians came out en-masse to vote GEJ,there was no gang up then......this election is simply a clear message to all politicians,do wah is right or get booted out!C'est fini. |

PassingShot: You captured it perfectly. Dokubo is only an attention-seeker and oftentimes speaks irrationally. When GEJ won Buhari overwhelmingly by a 10 million-vote margin 4 years ago, there was no regional "supremacy". Such a myopic fella. I expect Buhari to clip his wings for good. 3 Likes |

Its quite unfortunate that some people dosent know what peace resolution means. many of you ranting at the dude cant stand and challenge a local hunter......very clueless. the just concluded election is a total beat of war in Nigeria. this is not an issue of Political parties but rather tribalism, nepotism, favouritism and call for regional gang up. as much as i believe in one Nigeria, we must all learn how to think critically to subvert regional protagonists in our utterances and conduct if we want the country to remain as one. these people we believed to be minority are responsible for the robust economy of Nigeria if not for our leaders that took pleasure in syphoning our hard earn cash. i want all Nigerians to embrace peace in their utterances and make sure that unity peace and progress is our priority. stop attacking him with provocative words. if we all start commenting like we understand and respect his take on the issue and letting him know that jawjaw could be engaged instead of warwar, negotiation instead of confrontation, i know the whole issue could be managed. i want you all to remember that buhari said he was going to make the government of jonathan ungovernable and he did so through insurgency.....just my assumption though. if this man is making war threat and we are embracing war, its gonna be a season film that generations to come will not finish watching. as for the clueless who knows nothing about democracy thinking that gmb is gonna be allowed to dictate without due process or constitutional backings and endorsement from the parliamentary floors should stop overheating people's anger by their utterances and write up. as see Nigeria as one if we all manage this stage well. God bless Nigeria and Nigerians. peace! 1 Like |

SassyTee: It also sends a message that boys in khaki can always topple a government and do as they like, or preside over a military junta illegally, and still be praised on the scale of MOSES himself in their old age as Presido aka OBJ and now GMB. Thanks to IBB, ABACHA, and the likes that made this possible for us on Dec 1983 and BEYOND What were we thinking clamoring for Democracy and the likes of Abiola when we were going to bring back the military boys anyway FOOLISHNESS |

"Dokubo said the election of General Muhammadu Buhari as president “is a clear indication that the country is not united” and blamed the Yoruba and Hausa for cooperating to frustrate Jonathan, who applauds from the Niger Delta region." This eediot is a bigger fool than I thought . . .so the unity of Nigeria lies solely on a South-South presidency abi? 1 Like |

Asari Dokubo's statement has proven that igbo's are a very greedy set of peeps. Its so glaring to everybody that GEJ is clueless about government and the peoples do not want him anymore. "Hausas and Yoruba's frustrated him" the hell; are igbos the only one who voted for him 4years ago. Oh! Maybe you probably weren't thinking of relinquishing power at all.... Empty treat 1 Like |

jt2010: You're right. And even if the 100% of Nigerian oil is found onshore, it will still remain Nigerian oil found on Nigerian soil. What the government needs to do is to make sure that the people of the region are adequately taken care of and that is what allocating a greater percentage of crude oil sale proceeds to them is meant to achieve. |

podosci: And why of all Igbos, Ijaws, Efiks/ Ibibios/ Annangs, Orons, Ogonis, Andonis, etc would he be chosen to lead a new country? I didn't read from his statement, which holds some truth, that he is gunning for presidency of a new country. The election results were very telling. A clear picture of how best to split the country if/ when that time comes. |

chat2deen: The new president if he has the right political advisers will thread a path of diplomacy and not follow the type of utterances some us are making here. It's up to him now not Jonathan to keep this country as one. He can foster unity of Nigeria easily now asin make it a true United Nigeria or divide us permanently. The ball lies in the general's hand. As for you all ethnic jingos you are no different from asari clueless and poorly educated. God bless Nigeria God bless Enugu state |
