Alright....
My dad got a case that has kept him in a state of confusion..This situation has been on for a month now....
Just wanna get your opinion about it.

Well a guy(26) got a girl(15) pregnant. She is in J.S.S 3 and they have been dating for a while now. Her mum did not approve of the relationship but had no choice since she has lost control of her daughter...
To cut the long story short->>she's now five(5) months pregnant,though the case started when the pregnancy was four(4)months..There was a delay because of the DNA result,since the guy claimed he's not the only one sleeping with her,now its out and confirmed him owner of the pregnancy..

The problem is making a decision of either keeping the pregnancy or terminating it.

N/B:If she terminates the pregnancy,HER LIFE IS AT RISK and keeping the pregnancy WILL DISRUPT HER EDUCATION..

Your candid advice please.........

now its 5months, ok its going to 6months and u ppl are still tinkin of terminating d baby?

#yhu ppl are not serious i tell u..

Abortion should b a capital NO, its late already na, and moreover, its bad, its a murder, risky, its.....

nope,actually the guy is his tenant,and the case was brought to him,not because of that though

Nothing new under the sun, she won't be the first nor the last baby mama. Let her keep the child, pause school for the time being. Continue when the child is old enough to stay without breast milk

"Catch them young" guys are not smiling.

Is there no law in place that punishes offenders of such crime? The girl is still a minor and the guy should face stiff legal charges

there is but you see,she wasn't rape and her mum was aware of the relationship..
so they can't do anything cos it seems like she gave a permit..

A 15 year old is no more a baby, she can take care of herself and her baby..
She signed up for it the day she decided to open up something else other than her books!!

She wasnt raped, the said 26years old guy who clearly would know about protection but did not use it + her mum who lost control over a 15year old was aware of the relationship..am sorry, why is this a problem

Her mom should have acted swiftly before she got pregnant by involving relevant forces or agencies to restraining the guy from ever contacting the girl. I'm not sure this would have been helpful as she'll still reach him anyways.

She may also have taken the girl to live with a relative in some other state. The distance could have helped weighed down whatever thing she has with this guy.

But all that is past now. 5months preggy is too risky to get rid off, it could be very fatal. So keeping it is a must.

The mom and her parents are to be blame sort of for not taking the necessary decision when they got wind of the little girl sexcapades with this guy. She (the mom) will have to help her carter for her baby after one year so she can resume her studies.

And since DNA has proven the guy to be responsible for the pregnancy the girl's family must take a case up to relevant authorities that will enact a condition that will see this guy pay a monthly sum for the baby's welfare.

Let her keep that precious life. Lesson learnt for those who ain't having unplanned pregnancy just yet.

Ladies especially, you are 100% responsible for it when your belly starts to protrude. Better you take precautions cuz most guys really don't care when the sh*t goes down.

I'm wondering what education is left after 5 months into the pregnancy. You need no one to spell it out.

Logically and Medically it is not safe thinking about abortion at this stage of the pregnancy.
