That was Lilian's phone ringing in her room. Lilian picked it after seeing the caller id.
"helo Leo" it was a bit akward pronouncing Leo's name to Lilian.
"hi. How are you doing"
"not bad and you?"
"fine. Uhm i kinda like to see you now" leo said
"is anything the matter?"Lilian's voice was shaking a bit.
"uhm well its my mum she wants to go on a lunch date with we both"
"oh ok. Where?"
"Eastern gate. You know the place right? "
"ok expect me in the next 20 minutes am coming."
"ok. Bye" Leo hung up.

"Leo i need to talk to you" that was Mrs David's voice.
Leo was in the car with his mum heading for Eastern gate. He looked at his mum directly in the eyes. He knew what she had in mind. It was his cold attitude towards Lilian but he could not help it even Jude had pointed that out too.
***flashback***
"boy what are we gonna do now?" jude asked "this house is way too boring".
"i dont know" Leo replied as he took the remote to the plasma tv"wait i thought u have a date with that girl today"
"yeah i have a date with sophia. But i do not want to leave you here before you die of boredom. If u had a girlfri......"
"cut that out! You know thats not possible" Leo rolled his eyes "thats a hard task for me you know. Finding a girl that does not love me cause my dad is a billionaire.
"hmmm. But what about Lilian?. You love her right" Jude said as he looked directly at leo.
"and who told you that. You need drugs" Leo knew it was true but he hate admiting it.
"hei buddy am your best friend and i can see through your cold actions. Just admit it and i can help you get her" jude winked.
"jude i ......"Leo was confused.
"now thats it. Time for some lecture. Go get ur pen and book" jude said standing up " am gonna teach you how to get a lady of your choice".
Leo raised an eye brow" and why would i wanna learn that"
jude sighned." Leo i know that you can get any lady you want with a snap of your fingers and you have ladies dying for you. But being cold to a lady you like cant help matters. You have to let go off your pride and learn cause though you are perfect in everything, you suck when it comes to ladies"
"well that because i never had any need for such"Leo reminded him.
"well there is now unless you want another guy dating Lilian" jude smiled he knew he had hit the jackpot. He watched as his friends face slowly turned red.
There was silence as jude slowly hummed a song to himself smiling.
"ok alright. What am i gonna do" Leo gave in.
"now you come. Todays topic is 3 ways of getting a woman of your choice without stress"jude said as he walked around in a teacher like fashion.
"and whats the subject" Leo asked arms akimbo. He was gonna enjoy this. Jude was very funny when it comes to drama.
"womanology" jude said" now the first step......"
**flashback over**
"we are here mum we can talk inside" Leo said as he walked over to open his mum's door.
They walked into the expensive looking restaurant. Leo's eyes seachered around frantically for Lilian ignoring everyones eyes as they fell on him. Then he found her sitting innocently at a corner. She was wearing a blue flowered skirt and a pink blouse with her long hair gracing her beautiful face.
"there she is" mrs David said as she pulled Leo towards the corner. Leo signed. This was going to be a long ride.

Lilian stood up as she saw Mrs David heading towards her direction.
"gooday ma" she greeted.
"how are you Lilian?"
"am fine ma" Lilian said as she sat down consciously looking at Leo who gave her a charming smile and sat near her. She was suprised.
Just then a waitress came and asked for their order.
"uhm Mum i have to go to the restroom" Leo said standing up. His mum simply nodded.when he was gone mrs David started.
"so Ly what do you wanna be in future"
"uhm ma. I wil love to be an accountant" Lilian replied looking down.
"thats good. Leo wants to be a chemical engineer. You too would make a great match" mrs David looked at Lilian who coughed. She knew she was nervous"i am aware of my sons cold attitude but dear i cant dispute the fact he truly loves you. You see thats how he is especially to girls. You are aware he is travelling to the US Next month?"
Lilian shook her head.
"hm well now you know...." just then Mrs David's phone rang
"hello" she waited for a minute listening to the caller. "Ok am on my way". She hung up then turning to Lilian she said "i have to go now ok" she stood up just as Leo walked in.
"sweet heart ave gat to run now. I will use the car but call reuben to bring another ok?" Leo nodded as he sat down. Mrs David rushed out.
"so have you gotten admission?" leo asked.
"no i did not apply but i will next year" Lilian was begining to feel comfortable around him."so you are travelling next month"
Leo lowered his head "yeah am sorry for not telling you. Am gonna miss you though" then he brightened up "come on" he led her outside just in time to see Reuben driving in with LEXUS LFA.
"hop in"he opened the door for her.
"oh what a gentleman" Lilian said as she went in. Leo smiled as he went in too.
"Reuben take us to Atican Beach" Leo said as he put his hands over Lilians shoulder.
"why there?" lilian asked.
"jude and Mara are there"
"i see"
it was a 15 minutes ride to the beach and just as they came down, lilian sighted Mara and Jude. She waved at them and they came towards their direction.
"hey man" jude greeted Leo as they shook hands "how are you my second wife" he winked.
"not even in your next life" Leo snapped which made Lilian smile. Mara giggled.
"aw someone is jealous" jude said and they all burst out in laughter. This was the first time lilian had seen leo laughing.
"so what do we do now" mara asked changing the topic.
" am awfully hungry" jude said" lets go eat"
"but we just ate" lilian said pointing at leo.
"you guys went on a date!"mara and Jude asked. Jude rolled his eyes playfully and mara chuckled.
"Uhm actually we...."
"yes we did" leo cut her short as he put his hands around her waist "and it was fantastic"

"JUDE!" the three shouted. Mara smacked his arm.

"Lilian, would you like to go to a party with me?" faith asked as she sat down on a sofa near Lilian.
"uhm i dont know. Am going shopping with a friend of mine. When is it?" lilian replied her eyes still on the tv. She was watching a movie titled
"if love is a crime" and she needed no intruder.
"this night and we come back in the morning"
"WHAT!!" Lilians eyes popped out "you must be joking. What about mum and dad?. They will kill us"
"not if i tell them we are sleeping over at aunty rose place"
"and if the call her to find out" lilian asked still not convinced.
"they wont. They believe me" faith assured
"hmmm. I dont know....."
" come on lil sis lets have fun ah will be by your side.come on plssss"faith let out her puppy dog face which had a way of convincing people.

As soon as faith left, lilian took her phone and dialled Mara's number. She picked at third ring.

**At the party***
Faith and Lilian arrived at the party at 8:27pm to see everywhere bubbling with life. They found a table at a corner and went and sat on it.
"woow this party is something else" lilian said as her eyes caught a man going out with a coke can. Her eyebrows furrowed as the man looked at she and her sister suspiciously.
"yeah told you. come lets go dance" faith said standing up.
"no thanks. I will join you later" faith simply nodded and went to the dance floor.
Lilian was about to bring her phone out when she had a voice.
"hy lilian. Want a drink?" she looked up to see a young tall man in his late twenties smiling.it was the same man she had seen earlier.
"no. Wait how did you know my name?"lilian became suspicious
"eh uhm i heard it from your sis earlier when she wanted you to dance "the man answered in discomfort.
"i see"lilian could not remember faith calling her name.
"soo want a drink?" he handed a coke can to lilian who took it with doubt as he sat down near the vacant seat.
"hey watsup? I took here" he replied her unasked question.
"ok. Am kinda thirsty" she noticed a little white substance by the cork."whats this?"
"oh that. I dont know that how the lady gave it to me" he said pointing at a young lady with a blonde hair.
"ok" lilian cleaned it and opened the coke."thanks" she took a sip.
" you welcome. So is she your sister?" he said pointing to faith who was killing herself on the dance floor.
"yeah"lilian said taking a fourth sip. She was begining to feel drowsy.
"hm. So much for a sister"the man mumbled to himself.
"what"lilian asked. Her eyes were heavy.
"nothing. You are sleepy" the man asked Lilian nodded. She was trying hard to be awake but was unsuccessful.
The man grinned as he went over and carried lilian by slumping her over his shoulders. He went to a waitress.
"vacant room?"he asked
"yes sir. Room 202" she said handing him the keys. The man nodded as he carried Lilian upstairs.
When he got to the room, he opened it an shut the door close. He quickly layed lilian who was putting little resistance on the bed.
Lilian had no idea what was going on. Her eyes were blurred. She could only see a man removing his trousers in a hurry and coming on top of her. She tried to fight but she was weak. When she tried to shout the man gave her a blow on her forehead....just then she had a familiar voice
"leave her alone"
the next thing she saw was her predator prawling helplessly on the floor.
She knew that voice was familiar. The owner of the voice came towards her direction and carried her up into his arms. She knew that scent but she was too weak to think. Just then she passed out.
