Am not surprised that all these are been said about the Oba, its obvious they know that's they're going to loss and so they are trying to cook up various stories to displace about APC. Please don't mind what's the opposition party is trying to do. Let's stay focused and stay fixed. VOTE AKINWUNMI AMBODE. VOTE APC. #Ambode2015 Eko o ni baje ooo... 3 Likes |

Ben Nwabueze is the commissioner of Finance in Lagos State. His ascension to the position was on merit not by ethnicity. PDP warriors should stop campaign of calumny, don't heat-up the polity. Lagos is for all. Eko oni baje! |

Obas should not be involved in politics, when 2 of your children fight you don't take sides. He did it in the primaries with Ambode against better APC candidates and got away with it. The problem is Ambode on his own merit does not appeal to many, both ibo and Yorubas. The guy comes across rather dull, unimaginative and rather like a Jonathan mkII...a puppet,a goofball. Ambode cannot win on his own merit, if the Oba hadn't interfered with the APC primaries, a credible candidate that the people can get behind like Sasore, Pitan etc would have emerged, now he is facing the prospect of a clearly more intelligent candidate in Agbaje and they are scared. Not that Agbaje is that great I should add just that next to Ambode he comes across as Einstein. if he really wants to soil himself by getting involved in politics, then the Oba should first try to convince his yoruba kinsmen why they should vote for Ambode. Threatening people is unbecoming, apologise for the imposition and tell Ambode to up his game, all we see from Ambode's campaigns are studio portraits and musicians dancing, idea, manifesto none! All we hear is continuity, continuity of what, Lekki-express way Scam and the likes? He is trying to imply Ambode is the candidate because they've "consulted", if so then there is no need to fear except they don't really beleive in their "consultations" The reason why Ambode has a problem (apart from the fact that he is dull) is the people don't like the way he was imposed. if they had allowed the best candidates to emerge, they won't be worried about April 11 because APC started in Lagos and APC has momentum, if you are worried about APC in Lagos they, you know you really bleeped up!!!. People are eager to vote for candidates they beleive in, we are also eager to see federal and state presence in Lagos but it's hard to get the inspiration to spend a whole day to vote for an establishment puppet who cannot even articulate his own vision. Jk is clearly the better candidate but I'm definitely not voting for him because I don't like the company he keeps. APC are no saints especially Lagos APC but PDP is a party of thugs, criminals and people of dubious characters. Orubebe, 'koro and Foyose and the kind of people in left in PDP and as such i won't vote for JK. I am Yoruba and I can't see why I should vote for Ambode and that's my dilema should I stay at home or vote for APC, because if I do vote it won't be for Ambode but for APC. Ambode: wrong candidate, right party JK: Right candidate, wrong party Oba of Lagos: No comment: because as a yoruba son, I must respect my elders and the institution. 5 Likes 3 Shares |

I know the Igbo people so well, they are a great people, industrious and independent thinkers. They are the true democrat, no amount of intimidations in the name of proverbs can break their will power, I know them as believers of a decentralized form of government. The Igbos should go out enmasse on April 11th and vote PDP. They should see this threat by the Oba as an acid-test, if they give in, subsequently, violence and intimidation will be their weapons upon the Igbo people. God bless Ndi Igbo. #JK #PDP 4 Likes |

Who will be so stupid to vote for Apc on saturday? Yes what the king did is uncivilised and wrong but basically, Apc has the upper hand of winning the election and even if Apc or Pdp win, non will be so stupid to ignore his tribe, both of them are yorubas so any igbo's agenda will secondary and Both Apc and Pdp only need igbos' votes to win the election so it's not as if Jimi Agbaje or Ambode has a special package for the Igbo,What I could deduce here is that both party just want to use igbo people's votes as a stepping board but believe you me, they [igbos] are already falling for it, none of those two jerks has a special package for igbos but they understand the fact that nobody can smell that seat without igbo's support. Quote me after the election, Apc will win, they have the state resources and you guys will later see why I said they only want to use igbos as a stepping board. Igbos need to start feeding Apga, it's only an igbo man that can have igbos' agenda as a primary assignment in lagos. Go and write it down, Neither Jimi nor Ambode has any special package for igbos, they are both democratic thieves but in politics, igbos always miscalculate and they will miscaculate this time again. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Bayswater: d king wants d best 4 his domain. If i were d oba, i would be very harsh & emotional wit anyone who wants to substitute d progress lagos state has had dis last 16yrs wit a PDP govt. Unfortunately d igbo ar willing to jeopardize d progress of lagos in order to settle a score wit Tinubu who they hold largely responsible 4 their Azikiwe's loss at d polls. Just as they did Buhari, d igbo hav been relentless in their criticism of him even though he is not on d ballot. Luke 6:43 - "A GOOD TREE CAN'T PRODUCE BAD FRUIT & A BAD TREE CAN'T PRODUCE GOOD FRUIT ". don't blame Oba Akiolu who is well aware dat d PDP has nothing good to offer lagos state. . 3 Likes |
