Guy, DSTV is not a governmental broadcasting service but a premium pay tv service. What does DSTV has to do with minimum wage earners? If you are minimum wage earner you have no business with DSTV. So your argument above is dead on arrival. DSTV is not a necessity but a luxury item.

I'm laughing @ "full package". Like it's by force to have the full package. Why not downgrade to more affordable packages? Better still, disconnect or migrate to TOPtv (Startimes). Because the programming is shitty but the prices are affordable.

DSTv is overrated. And the reason why they still own a sizeable chunk of the cableTv market is because they have been allowed to continue to do so. Imagine them being a monopoly for years at some point before (was it HiTv?) was berthed.
Please keep to paying for what you can "effectively" afford jare.
