Are albinos also considered 'special needs' in your country?

Depends on the naval ship. If you bring a few patrol boats(think armerd speed boats) think the organization should cover them. But any naval ship bigger enough for a name should be a separate issue. They cost a lot to keep at 85% readiness and a simple issue can render them non opernal.
The navy was the one that landed the first SF troops to capture Kismayu and later regular troops vehicles from the sea, its the one that patrolled half the coastline of Somalia teritorial waters, but UN was still not convinced,

They have a skin disability, the dwarf guy is the one with special seeds....... Besides each year the government sets aside 1.1 million Dollars to buy sunscreen lotion for albinos. (that's kind of special need(from the govt perspective), Don't you think?). Although they still function just as any other human being, its just that previously, they used to get discriminated in enrollment to things such as police or NYS, but now they've been guaranteed that there will be places for them to be integrated with the rest.

Interesting, apart from the varying degree of Nystagmus in people with albinism, it more or less shouldn't be a reason to put them in special needs units. Least to my belief, they are able to perform tasks normally as any human though wouldn't think flying a fighter jet would be advisable where you need excellent vision. Non combat or desktop roles, sure.

I suspect that the complication is that Kenya - justifiably, in my opinion - unilaterally went into Somalia. There really is no mechanism by which the UN could imburse Kenya for expenses incurred prior to signing up to AMISOM. SA experienced the same thing with years of unilateral deployment in Burundi before the UN/AU came on board. An exception should've been made for Kenya seeing there was an existing UN/AU mission in Somalia, which benefited directly from Kenya's intervention.

Wow nice Gatz bro,it seems like the Sandf still has a very tight grip on the R1.

There are times when a 7.62 is preferable. wink
A batch of almost 2000 never-been-used original R1s were sourced from Zimbabwe - properly stored when the Zimbos opted for the Kalashnikov - and the gunsmiths over at the SF Brigade Supply Unit had great fun updating and modifying them.

A quiz for you and others: there are at least 5 discernible differences between the standard R1 and the SF standard. Spot them.

Nope, you have to award me my full points. You said "atleast 5 discernible differences between the standard R1 and the SF standard. Spot them".

I mentioned 5 of them, not my fault I exploited the loop hole. angry angry

Number 6, the bolt handles on the 2 rifles are definitely different.

At least 5 discernible differences in the rifle, not on. I'm being tough and the optic doesn't count. Still 4/5 Henry. wink
