Now, there's no need for buhari supporters to bear grudge against the SE/SS if you really mean to move forward. We're all hoping buhari does well, critics and supporters alike. But remember that one can't be popular in ALL regions all of the time.

I think buhari will be if he satisfies the poor, unlike the govt of PDP that the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer

In as much as Sanusi has become a saint over night... Are all the shabby appointments that were dished out to his kinsmen from kano and kaduna be probed as well? Same with NDIC, NSMPC, NNPC, top ministries in Abuja etc. Are we gonna probe all these as well...
Buhari and the APC, as well as Nigerians should give Nigeria a fresh start... Not spending more years and resources hunting down the past.... A new beginning should be launched where transparency, accountability and due process would be the order of the day..
If the new government spend time chasing the past, in the nearest future Nigerians would start screaming change again...

So does it mean that the 20billion dollars should not be probed even if we should start from afresh?

The alleged looting of the treasury by Sanusi; N1b paid to "security firms", over N4b "donated" to Bayero University, Kano, N5b paid to Nasir EL-Rufai and several billions in flight tickets, etc. For Buhari not to be seen as a Fulani president probing only non-Fulani Nigerians, he should also look into these allegations as well.

As a matter of fact, these were the allegations being probed by the government that made Sanusi to raise his own counter allegations of $49b, $10.9b and later $20b. Imam Buhari should prove us his critics wrong this time around and act impartially since these allegations are also documented.

In the same manner, he should be non-selective and probe Emir Sanusi's alleged involvement in FUNDING TERRORISM. This is also documented. Emir Sanusi should be made to prove his innocence in court.[/size]

For fairnes to Nigerians, equity and seriousness, Buhari should prove the so called $20 billion missing fund by Sanusi who later recanted that it wasn't $20 billion but $10 billion.Also He should probe the accounts of NNPC from 1999 to 2007, as these were the voodoo years of NNPC fund mismanagement when the baboon from Ota as president still acted as petroleum resources minister, I have no doubt humongous amounts will be discovered to have been stolen.
Finally Mr Buhari should the missing $2.8 billion from NNPC aacounts in 1978 which were later traced to an account in Midland bank in the UK

This $20b NNPC probe is not new, a number 3 world renown forensic auditors organisation has done d probe and come out with findings. I hope buhari is not trying to delibrately rope someone by calling a dog a bad name in order to kill him, Probe and charge suspect to court and the matter dies in court just like your certificate issue died in court. Only court will decide on the outcome of yr probe in d event of someone found culpable. There is deparation of powers among the 3 arms of govt. Therefore tread slowly. Pls solve power , education, unemployment problems and put money in our bank account instead of this Pharaoh's posture according to Dokubo

I hope this will not be like when Buhari was first in govt, that time all the UPN govs from the south were given mega jail terms, while the NPN big wigs were treated with kids gloves. Shagari who had been the president was put under house arrest while his VP was thrown into Kiri-Kiri. Anyway it's still early days, let's watch how it all unfolds

Don't mind the geezer. He's acting like it's still electioneering time - talking too much, thus giving too much expectations. That might end up as his Achilles heel regardless of how good he performs cos when you sell big dreams, the expectations are going to be extremely high. Just by mere looking at the names of the recyled failures they're touting as Ministers, and all the perpetual looters voted into the Senate (fvcking Abia state governor and Akwa Ibom governor are also now Senators loool) - you don't even need to be a prophet to know it will more or less be business as usual, albeit the looting may not be as brazen as it was under GEJ.

He needs to stop believing his own hype and be about the business, else he'll fail before he starts. And I'm sure a lot of crazy folks want to see him fail. Be about the business and stop talking, geezer!

Unfortunately in audit/investigation you must be selective. The professionals call it judgement. $20 billion is still fresh and all actors are well alive.

That is a better place to start because if we recover that money it gives GMB administration 4 trillion naira to start with. Even Emefile that was suggesting selling our share in the oil industry will refund. Nigerians know them....all the bankers they use know them.
